## General product introduction

A workshop agenda needs room to flex. TempoFold lets you set minimums, protect important blocks and review exact recovery cuts before changing the plan. Run the timer, print a facilitator sheet and keep the agenda on your device.

## Recovery panel

Seven minutes requested. Two visible cuts. This synthetic workshop shows TempoFold reclaiming five minutes from one future flexible block and two from another. Protected, current and completed blocks keep their duration. If there is not enough room, the app shows unresolved time.

## Timer panel

Keep time in view while you facilitate. TempoFold shows overtime, a fixed finish target and the projected finish. Pause, resume and advance deliberately. The timer never moves to the next block on its own.

## Printable run sheet

Bring the plan into the room. Print planning times, facilitator notes and minimums. Export JSON for a backup. Browser storage can be cleared, so keep an exported copy.

## Limits and attribution
