# Third-party notices

TempoFold 1.1.0 has zero npm dependencies. Its application code, folded-timeline mark, brand compositions, screenshots, synthetic agendas and documentation are original work released under MIT. Wordmark typography uses Hanken Grotesk glyphs.

Hanken Grotesk is copyright 2021 The Hanken Grotesk Project Authors, https://github.com/marcologous/hanken-grotesk. The unmodified variable font in assets/fonts/HankenGrotesk.ttf was obtained from https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/main/ofl/hankengrotesk and is redistributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The full notice and license are in [assets/fonts/OFL.txt](./assets/fonts/OFL.txt). The font is self-hosted and cached for offline use. It is not relicensed under MIT. The OFL permits documents created using the font to have their own license.

Node.js runs the development server and tests. It is an external prerequisite and is not redistributed with this repository. Browsers provide the Web APIs used at runtime.

Ontime and the Collaborative Modeling Workshop Preparation Canvas are linked in the README as problem-research sources and alternatives. No Ontime GPL-3.0 code or CC-BY-SA canvas content is included. Their licenses do not apply to this original implementation.
